Drividia Support System – Your Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Support System

Click the Access Support System link to begin. This will take you to our secure help desk platform where you can view or submit support tickets.

Step 2: For Existing Members

Log in using your registered email and password. Once logged in, you can:

  • Submit a new support request
  • Track open tickets
  • Respond to our team’s messages

Step 3: For New Users

Click Create Account and fill in the required information. After verifying your email, log in to set up your profile and access support features.

Step 4: Submit a Support Ticket

Click “Submit Ticket”, choose the appropriate category (technical support, account help, general inquiry, etc.), and describe your issue. You may also attach files if needed.

Step 5: Wait for a Response

Our dedicated support team will review your request and respond promptly, typically within 24 hours.
